Ellina Berdichevsky

Ellina Berdichevsky is a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Tax & Private Wealth Group. She combines her LL.M. in Taxation with her background as a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) to advise clients on legal matters, including international and domestic corporate and individual tax planning, pre-immigration, trust and estate planning, gift tax, compliance, foreign and domestic offshore disclosure, Foreign Investment in Real Property Act, corporate reorganizations, partnerships, tax treaties, and inbound and outbound transactions. Her experience working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 publicly traded companies to high net worth individuals and small businesses gives Ellina a unique perspective with which to provide value to our clients.
