What attracts you to practicing real estate law

Real estate law sits at the intersection of business strategy, finance, and the physical transformation of urban areas, which makes it especially compelling to me. That I practice in a rapidly transforming city like Miami, at a firm that is deeply embedded in the local real estate industry and part of so many landmark developments is another major draw. At Bilzin Sumberg, my work with clients produces tangible outcomes that are reshaping the region’s skylines and the place I call home.

How does Bilzin Sumberg integrate technology into its real estate practice?

AI and other new legal tech are streamlining many of the more time-intensive aspects of real estate law, particularly around document review, due diligence, and lease abstraction.
