Jack Finkelman

With a background in both real estate transactions and immigration law, Jack Finkelman guides foreign investors through the intersection of U.S. immigration law and commercial investment. He advises clients on coordinating the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of investments with the intricacies of immigration planning, including initial entry to the U.S. through securing temporary nonimmigrant visas, thereafter pursuing permanent residence, and ultimately naturalization to U.S. citizenship.
