Carly S. Grimm

Carly Grimm is Of Counsel in Bilzin Sumberg's Land Development & Government Relations Group. In her practice, Carly guides clients through the development approval process, securing zoning entitlements, permits, and other local government approvals. Carly has represented clients before design review boards, planning and zoning boards, historic preservation boards, city and county commissions, and works closely with municipal and county staff to expedite the approval process. She has secured entitlements for numerous multi-million dollar mixed-use projects throughout South Florida ranging from high-rise towers in downtown Miami to a shelter and resource center for homeless women and children.
