Sarah G. Melore
Sarah G. Melore is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where she concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience advising institutional investors and private equity sponsors on complex buy-side transactions, minority investments, and strategic restructurings, and has worked closely with cross-functional legal teams to guide clients through all phases of corporate deals.
Before joining Bilzin Sumberg, Sarah practiced at several prominent AMLaw 100 national and international law firms where she represented private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and growth-stage businesses in a wide range of corporate transactions. She served as lead counsel on numerous deals and regularly acted as outside general counsel, providing strategic advice on corporate governance and operational matters.
