As part of the Corporate & Finance Group, Sanika supports clients on intellectual property and corporate governance matters. Her intellectual property practice covers trademark advice, licensing agreements, and development and production agreements, oftentimes for clients operating in the entertainment and media industries. As part of her corporate governance practice, she regularly provides input to a wide range of critical agreements and policies, including shareholder agreements, consent agreements, employment contracts, and bylaws.
