She is experienced in preparing complex estate planning documents for domestic and multijurisdictional clients, including wills and trusts. Additionally, Adriana has experience in the M&A tax practices of public accounting firms where she worked on several large buy-side and sell-side transactions conducting tax due diligence, tax structuring and related analysis on behalf of businesses contemplating buying or selling companies.
