Andrew J. Schein

Andrew Schein serves as Of Counsel in Bilzin Sumberg's Land Development & Government Relations Group, where he represents developers and property owners in all phases of land use, zoning, and permitting matters, from pre-development due diligence through the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy. Andrew regularly presents cases before City Commissions, Town Councils, Boards of Adjustment, Zoning Boards of Appeals, and Planning and Zoning Boards, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve resolutions on complex land use and zoning issues.

Andrew has extensive experience obtaining site plan approvals for both small and large-scale development projects, variances, special exceptions, and master plans, as well as handling code violation matters and lien reductions.
