What attracted you to corporate law?

I have always enjoyed the advisory capacity of being a corporate attorney. On each transaction that I work on, I counsel my client on both the technical legal aspects of the transaction as well as big picture business considerations. I think that this pragmatic approach is the future of practicing corporate law. Clients are increasingly looking past lawyers with just legal expertise to ones that also have business acumen and can provide practical guidance.
