Wetland Permitting for Metropica Project in Sunrise
K Group Holdings, Inc.
State, federal, and local wetland permitting for client's property redevelopment project in Sunrise, Florida. The property is part of Metropica, a $250 million, first-class, mixed-use project consisting of class A office buildings with structured parking, full service restaurants, upscale retail, and luxury high-rise condominiums. Our work involved negotiating the relocation of existing on-site wetland mitigation areas to allow for an increased development footprint.
