Representation of the Miami Beach JCC in drafting and negotiation of $9 million construction contract to build a new 36,000-square foot recreational community center. We drafted and negotiated payment and performance bonds, prepared and negotiated of all contract exhibits, analyzed the lease, prepared the notice of commencement, addressed Florida Department of Revenue requirements for the purchase of sales-tax exempt materials, and handled all project legal issues.
