Development Plans for Furniture Showroom in Cutler Bay

Advance Business Associates, LLP, an entity controlled by City Furniture
Representation of Advance Business Associates, LLP, an entity controlled by City Furniture, in obtaining approval of a modified development plan for expansion of their furniture showroom in the Town of Cutler Bay. City Furniture obtained original development approval in 2010, but certain proposed aesthetic changes were not supported administratively by the Town. On behalf of our client, Bilzin Sumberg won the appeal, showing that the plans were substantially similar to those approved in 2010.
