Representation of promotional products supplier Bullet Line, Inc., in its sale to BL Acquisition, LLC, a subsidiary of Polyconcept, the world's largest promotional products supplier and owner of Leed's, a Top 40 Supplier. The purchaser's indirect parent is an equity fund out of Dubai and Paris. As part of the acquisition, the purchaser is acquiring the Chinese operations of Bullet Line, Inc., which requires the consent of the Chinese government. The combination of Leed's and Bullet Line resulted in the largest supplier of non-wearable and non-calendar promotional products in the United States.
