Representation of Catalano's Nurses Registry, Inc., a nurse registry with offices throughout Florida, in its sale to Caregiver's Services, Inc., a Tennessee-based nurse registry company controlled by healthcare investment fund Psilos Group. The sale, a $20 million cash and stock transaction, included an earnout as well as equity participation in the purchaser by the selling stockholders.
