This project involved the development of luxury residential towers, office, marina, hotel and retail components. Representation included land acquisition, construction loan, master development agreements, master association issues, residential condominium filings, marina facility agreements, environmental issues and local municipality agreements. This project also involved the revitalization of the city's Intercoastal Waterway area and the creation of municipally controlled areas.
