Representation of private investment firm Starwood Capital Group in the development of its new company headquarters in Miami Beach. Representation includes negotiations relating to entitlements with pending applications before the Miami Beach Planning Board and Historic Preservation Board. The approximately 145,000 square foot development will be the first and only Class A office building with ground level retail and restaurant uses on Miami Beach with 135,600 square feet of office use and 8,400 square feet of retail restaurant use.
