Renovations for the hotel and resort properties located in an historic district of Miami Beach included fully renovating and restoring the original hotel, which was designed by renowned architect Morris Lapidus, including significant spa and public facilities. The site has over 1,800 rooms total, a 50,000 sq. ft. clear span ballroom and meeting facility and 150,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
