Successful representation of WMB Resources, LLC in obtaining approval for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot mixed-use building at 1920 Alton Road, that will include Class A office, ground-floor restaurants and a few residential units. The planned five-story building in Miami Beach's Sunset Harbour neighborhood was approved by the Miami Beach Planning Board and the Design Review Board, which also granted two height-related variances.
