Laura Galeano presented on How to Advance Your Career: Developing a Roadmap for Success with the BoK for the Legal Marketing Association's Education Advisory Board. Laura discussed the BoK, or Body of Knowledge that defines six domains within the industry and provides a roadmap for developing the fundamental and advanced skills in each of those areas. The presentation focused on identifying an individual's existing strengths and developmental areas, creating a roadmap for career growth by using the BoK and other LMA tools to promote knowledge and growth during job placement, promotion opportunities, self evaluations and annual reviews.
