Martin A. Schwartz participated in a panel discussion as part of an Advanced Condominium and Planned Development Certification Review Course at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova SE University. Participants discussed methods of developing a mixed-use community, Part VII of the Condominium Act on bulk purchases of condominium units, and terminations of condominiums.
