Panelists discussed the challenges they experience in their practice as they approach site closures and how they approach resolving these challenges, stormwater management in contaminated media, emerging contaminants (PFAS) and reopens, what are monetary and legal risks on emerging contaminants, statutory proposals being considered for 2020, the evolution of “background” determination, upcoming policy changes, and the latest from the utilities world.
