Bilzin Sumberg
Development Conference
March 3, 2021
Eric Singer discusses what the public sector is looking for in a private development partner, the short- and long-term objectives of the public agency, common challenges in procuring and structuring public/private development agreements, and future opportunities for joint development. The panel also took a deep dive into two major joint developments recently procured by Broward College: the College’s downtown redevelopment project, which was awarded in 2018 and is nearly completed, and the Central Campus redevelopment project, which is currently in the negotiation phase.
