Panelists discussed what's next for Wynwood, where there is room for growth and improvement on the development landscape of the neighborhood, how Allapattah can retain its individuality and still become the next Live, Work, Play area, where major developments are being placed as Allapattah begins development into a cultural destination, and how developments can be centered around the unique aspects of Allapattah while ensuring that the neighborhood continues to grow.
