Shindell, Partner and Chair of the firm's Real Estate Group, represented Americas Capital Partners ("ACP") in their purchase of three office buildings in Orlando, Florida, handling the negotiation, review and preparation of documents, and closing of the transaction. The buildings are currently leased, and tenants include several nationally recognized companies.
The deal, which closed within 15 days of the parties signing the contract, was greatly simplified by the facts that the buyer did not obtain any third-party financing for the deal, and that the parties previously had similar transactions with one another.
