Goldstein, Chair of the firm's Tax Group and Co-Chair of the Wealth Transfer Group, was recently appointed to the 2010 Board of Directors of the Key Biscayne Community Foundation. As a board member, he will assist with the establishment and implementation of policies that govern the organization.
Mr. Goldstein chairs the Tax Group and co-chairs the Wealth Transfer Group. He focuses his practice on complex tax planning and structuring involving corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as matters involving partnerships and limited liability companies. His practice also involves audits, the structuring of business entities and the preparation and negotiation of partnership, shareholder, acquisition, employment and option agreements. In addition to his practice, Mr. Goldstein also sits on the Board of Directors for the Voices For Children Foundation.
