Karyl Argamasilla Recognized By Commercial Real Estate Women As Top 20 Under 40 Industry Leader

MIAMI Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announces that Karyl Argamasilla, who serves as Of Counsel in the firm's Real Estate Group, has been honored as a recipient of the National Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Networks 20 Under 40 award. As described by CREW-Miami, the CREW Network's Miami chapter, this award places Ms. Argamasilla in an elite pool of high achievers chosen for their established success, commitment to the industry, and demonstrated leadership. 

As a member of Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Group, Ms. Argamasilla focuses her practice on structuring and executing large commercial business and real estate transactions. She has represented developers, landlords and tenants, sellers, purchasers and lenders in all aspects of commercial real estate law . Additionally, she prepares and registers condominiums, as well as conversions, with the Florida Division of Land Sales Condominiums and Mobile Homes and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for which she handles compliance matters. 

Active in the professional community, Ms. Argamasilla serves as legal counsel and sits on the board of directors of CREW-Miami. In this role, she has been involved in a number of CREW-Miami sponsored programs designed to mentor young girls and women, and encourage more gender and ethnic diversity in the commercial real estate field. 

In addition to her involvement in CREW-Miami, Ms. Argamasilla is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Cuban American Bar Association, and the U.S. Green Building Councils South Florida Chapter. She is a volunteer for Florida Attorneys Saving Homes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to help homeowners facing foreclosure. 

Ms. Argamasilla has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers for the past two years. This year, she was also named as a finalist for AXAs Businesswoman of the Year and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Rising Star awards.
