Phil Stein to Moderate Panel Discussion on Cyber and Data Security at the DCBA General Counsel and Judicial Visionaries Seminar

Miami, FL – Phil Stein, a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Litigation Group, will moderate a panel on cyber and data security at the Dade County Bar Association General Counsel and Judicial Visionaries seminar on Sept. 23 at the Coral Gables County Club.
The cyber and data security panel begins at 10:25 a.m. and includes Maria Aguado from Caterpillar; Justin Stone of MDLIVE; Alfred Guerra from Sedano's Supermarkets; Paul Safran from iPic Entertainment; Eric Bustillo of the Securities & Exchange Commission; and Rochelle Trafton from Restaurant Services, Inc.
Stein, who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and heads the firms data security, financial services and homebuilder teams, will be leading one of five consecutively scheduled panels that will offer the latest developments in five evolving areas: cyber and data privacy and security; corporate litigation; keeping outside fees down; advantaging your client with arbitration and ADR; and corporate compliance and internal investigations. The panels will provide instruction from in-house lawyers and judges who have made national headlines.
The seminar runs from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre at the Coral Gables Country Club (997 N. Greenway Drive), includes a continental breakfast and is worth an approved 5 Ethics Credits.
