Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce Real Estate Partner Phillip S. Sosnow has been selected as a 40 Under 40 Award honoree for 2017 by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ). The 40 Under 40 Award honors the best and brightest young professionals in South Florida who have made waves both in the business world and the community, according to the SFBJ.

Phillip, a Real Estate Partner, focuses his practice on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development, and leasing. He represents lenders and borrowers in complex financing involving commercial mortgage-backed securities, mezzanine loans, and loan restructurings. Phillip was selected as one of 2016's Top Dealmakers of the Year in the Hotel category by the Daily Business Review.

Active in the South Florida community, Phillip is a member of the Young Israel of Greater Miami Executive Committee, Chevra Kadisha of South Florida, and the CRE Finance Council Young Professionals. Phillip is also a member of The Florida Bar's Young Lawyers Division and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
