Mildred Gomez focuses on estate planning, estate tax planning, asset protection planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and probate and trust administration. Mildred is a close confidant and trusted advisor to a range of high-net-worth clients whose affairs often require the utmost sensitivity. She assists her clients in structuring their wealth in the most tax-efficient manner possible, which often includes the use of limited liability companies and irrevocable trusts. A native Spanish speaker, Mildred frequently counsels Latin American clients, and her understanding of cultural nuances allows her to form uniquely personal relationships with her clients.
With a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami, Mildred began her career as an attorney at Bilzin Sumberg and later served as a wealth planner at a financial services firm. She returns to her private practice after having expanded her understanding of the financial sector and is excited to continue fostering personal relationships with her clients.
