Melissa Pallett-Vasquez Appointed as Revenue Officer of the ABA International Law Section

MIAMI, FL- Bilzin Sumberg congratulates Litigation Partner Melissa Pallett-Vasquez on her appointment as Revenue Officer of the American Bar Association's (ABA) International Law Section. Melissa currently serves as the Liaison Officer of the ABA International Law Section and previously served as a Division Chair.
As Revenue Officer, Melissa will take an active role in developing structures, policies, and procedures to increase the Section's revenues and will monitor revenue development. She will also oversee all sponsor relations with the Section.
Melissa is a seasoned trial lawyer who handles complex business disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. She focuses her practice on federal class action defense and multi-jurisdictional cases. Melissa leads client teams defending product labeling claims, product defect cases, misrepresentation claims, false advertising claims and antitrust claims, in addition to defending and pursuing complex construction defects cases. Melissa has been recognized by Chambers USA, Florida Trend's Legal Elite, Florida Super Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, The Best Lawyers in America, and Daily Business Review.
