Scott Wagner Elected as President of Miami Children's Museum Board of Directors

Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg congratulates Litigation Partner Scott N. Wagner on his election as President of the Board of Directors for the Miami Children's Museum. As a non-profit educational institution, Miami Children’s Museum offers interactive exhibits, programs and learning materials related to arts, culture and the local community. Its mission is to enrich the lives of all children by fostering a love of learning through play and enabling children to realize their highest potential. 

The Miami Children's Museum Board of Directors is comprised of a distinguished and diverse group of educators, business executives and community leaders committed to serving the children of South Florida. Scott has been actively involved with Miami Children's Museum since 2013, as a committee member for the "Be a Kid Again Gala" and the "Not So Scary Halloween Bash,” and more generally through his seat on the Board of Directors for the last eight years. Scott has also played a key role in other industry and community organizations such as the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and the YMCA of South Florida.

Scott focuses his practice on representing companies and individuals in antitrust and other complex litigation. He currently represents major opt-out plaintiffs in the Capacitors and Broiler Chickens price-fixing litigations. In addition to his antitrust and litigation work, Scott serves as trusted counsel to public and private companies, entrepreneurs and developers.
