Join Us for Our July Homebuilder Series Webinar

Philip R. Stein

We recently launched Bilzin Sumberg’s “Homebuilder Webinar Series” to create a discussion for professionals in the homebuilder industry about pressing legal and business issues that they may face. Throughout this series it is our goal to share with our audience creative insight and solutions for approaching these issues.

On Thursday, July 24th, I will conduct the third webinar in the series, entitled “Early Returns on the Ability to Repay Rule and Qualified Mortgage Standards.” The discussion will focus on the new mortgage regulatory landscape.  In particular, I will cover topics that include Regulation Z, presumptions for qualified mortgages, and ability to repay rules – and its impact on homebuilders and mortgage companies.

Following the discussion, there will be an interactive Q&A session, where there will be an opportunity to have your questions answered. We expect to address a variety of issues and questions many of you have regarding this evolving area of law.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, July 24th from 12-1pm EST.  You can register here.
