Representation of Leviev Boymelgreen in $150 million mixed-use project in downtown Miami called the Marquis, a 67-story building containing 306 condominium units, 56 luxury hotel rooms, a garage, and retail space. Drafted the governing documents including a master declaration and a condominium declaration, advised the client on telecommunications law, and worked with the County and Federal Aviation Department to obtain a height variance.

Handled the sale of over 2,000 REOs, with aggregate purchase prices in the billions of dollars, through both the negotiation and closing of individual sales and the structuring and sale by auction of multiple properties.
