Representation of special servicers in connection with borrower requests for lender consent to various matters involving billions of dollars of performing CMBS loans including loan assumptions, equity transfers, loan modifications, forward and reverse 1031 exchanges, post-securitization mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments, companion loans, co-lender, inter-creditor agreements, solar lease and other power purchase agreements, re-platting and redevelopment issues, partial releases, lien spreaders, substitution of collateral easements,  condemnations, SNDAs, property manager changes, borrower restructurings, Rating Agency Confirmations, non-consolidation opinions, single purpose entities, REIT, IPO, Fund and REMIC issues. The loans were secured by all property classes located throughout the United States and its territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico, and had face amounts from a few million to hundreds of millions of dollars, the largest of which was $1.2B.
