Bilzin Sumberg's Finance team brings together diverse backgrounds in accounting, finance and banking to assist clients with commercial finance, real estate finance, loan restructuring and loan servicing throughout the United States. The team represents public and private companies, financial institutions, non-institutional leaders and special servicers across a variety of industries in connection with complex finance structurings such as asset-based lending and cash flow financings, mortgage warehouse lines of credit and repurchase facilities; letters of credit; syndicated credit facilities; subordinated and mezzanine debt; intercreditor arrangements; automobile and other inventory / floor plan financings; equipment leasing; hedging and repurchase transactions; and the restructuring and reorganization of debtors.
