Representation of affiliate of Pollack Partners, an Atlanta REIT specializing in multifamily housing, in the acquisition of a St. Petersburg, Florida, fractured condominium from an affiliate of GE Capital. The acquisition consisted of 297 units in a 369-unit condominium and 213 rental units on non-condominium property. After closing, Natixis Real Estate Capital refinanced the purchase money financing.
