- CHAMBERS USA source

Since our inception, our lawyers have worked with clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and real estate-related loan sales and purchases. We continue to build on our experience and have served as counsel in the acquisition or disposition of numerous real estate and debt portfolios, including several transactions, each valued in excess of $1 billion.

A significant percentage of our work is for international clients with real estate interests in the United States. We also work with the largest special servicer of loans in the U.S. These engagements, combined with our market-leading work in Florida, give us a unique perspective on real estate transactions throughout the country.
