Arnold A. Brown has an active commercial real estate law practice that includes planning, acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sales. His clients have projects ranging from retail and mixed-use projects to parking garage properties. Arnie has worked on matters involving several high-profile retail centers in South Florida, including Kendall Village Center, Dadeland Station and 5th & Alton Shopping Centers, and he represented City Furniture and its affiliates in the acquisition, development and financing of a nearly one million square foot distribution facility and showroom in Tamarac, as well as various City Furniture and Ashley furniture retail sites throughout the region. He is actively involved in the monumental SkyRise Miami observation tower and entertainment complex.
