What attracts you to practicing real estate law?
The tangible nature of commercial real estate enhances the sense of impact I feel when advising on a real estate transaction. It is satisfying to see a project come to life because of my work on an acquisition, financing, or leasing matter. Clients also appreciate that passion and drive for making deals happen because they feel that you are invested in their success as much as they are.
How is innovation and technology changing your practice and improving client outcomes?
In real estate law, AI-powered contract review software is becoming more common because it quickly identifies key clauses, potential risks, and even inconsistencies in large documents. The day-to-day efficiency for client matters facilitated by such tools is complemented by our higher-level strategic advice to clients that help them reach broader business goals. Bilzin Sumberg excels at this combination of tech-savvy legal operations and sophisticated legal counsel to optimize outcomes, which is why clients bring their most complex matters to us.
