MUSP Application for Mixed-Use Development in Miami

Real Estate Developer

Representation of developer in its planned mixed-use development in downtown Miami. We filed MUSP applications and handled the approvals process. Representation was complicated due to Miami 21, a proposed code that could restrict development. In order to vest the client's rights under the then-existing code, we filed the MUSP application prior to the Miami 21 effective date. Project plans include two condominium towers (a 261 unit, 55-story tower and a 358-unit, 49-story tower), a 296-room hotel, and over 140,000 square feet of retail space.
