Representation of the owners and developers of a major Miami Beach, Florida hotel in complex construction defect and lien claim litigation. After extensive litigation, the jury returned a verdict of $3.7 million in damages. The court thereafter awarded the client $2.5 million in attorneys' fees and costs. Obtained per curium affirmance of the verdict from the Third District Court of Appeals.
