Representation of an entity comprised of Starwood Capital and the LeFrak Organization in the $610 million sale of the 1 Hotel South Beach, one of South Beach's largest oceanfront luxury resort properties, to Bethesda, Maryland-based Host Hotels & Resorts. The hotel totals 1.1 million square feet, including 160,000 square feet of meeting space, eight food and beverage outlets, and 23,000 square feet of retail.
