Expansion of Overtown Youth Center

Mourning Family Foundation, Inc.

Representation of the Mourning Family Foundation in connection with zoning approvals and lease amendments for the 50,000 square foot expansion of recreational and community space for the Overtown Youth Center. Secured all land use and zoning entitlements for the expansion, and assisted with financing and permitting to allow the Center to expand services to over 5,000 youth and families in poverty-stricken communities.
