Successfully negotiated and structured a favorable settlement resulting in a consent judgment for $8 million. Thereafter successfully represented the client in connection with borrower’s attempts to block the foreclosure sale through bankruptcy resulting in favorable orders enforcing the borrower's pre-bankruptcy waiver of the automatic stay.
