Representation of client in the acquisition of land in Wynwood to be developed into an 8-story apartment building with ground floor retail space, as well as the preparation and negotiation of a purchase and sale agreement for the retail space to be located along the ground floor of the building to be constructed on the property by our client. The project includes more than 220 apartment units, a hotel, a rooftop bar and restaurant, and 38,000 square feet of retail space.
