$1 Billion Dolphin Station P3 Transit-Oriented Development

Lead counsel to development team for the development of a 45-acre P3 transit-oriented development at the Dolphin Park and Ride station in Sweetwater, Florida. The project includes nearly $1 billion in new mixed-use development, including 1,800 apartments, senior housing, a school, retail, office, and a life sciences building. Guided client through the procurement process and led contract negotiations with Miami-Dade County, which resulted in the award of a 97-year lease and development agreement by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners. Further assisted the client in connection with the subsequent development and financing of the project, which is currently under construction.
