Representation of CL Hotels in its $26 million acquisition and financing of the Circa 39 Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, which also involved the assumption of a ground lease on a neighboring lot from a third party. Also negotiated a franchise agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts for the hotel to be the second one branded with IHG’s “Vignette Collection” brand, assisted with related corporate fund structuring, and advised on portfolio interest tax structuring.
