Successful Settlement Involving Dispute with Property Owner’s Association

Representation of the owner of a multi-family apartment complex that comprised one of four parcels in a master property owner’s association. Counseled client through pre-suit negotiations on the dissolution of the master association and sale of the property it held. Obtained a favorable settlement agreement with the other parcel owners, an agreement on the association’s dissolution, and the avoidance of costly litigation.
