Served on the DOJ Antitrust litigation team that successfully blocked Visa’s acquisition of Plaid. Led various components of the DOJ’s action, including working with economic experts to define the relevant market, negotiating third party subpoenas, working on the order of proof, and conducting legal research on Section 2 claims.
