Representation of Zoox, Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, in connection with obtaining site plan approvals, building permits, and operating licenses from the City of Miami for a $25 Million charging facility servicing Zoox’s fleet of driverless robotaxis. Also assisted Zoox with the permitting process to convert an existing warehouse into a data hub for their fleet of mapping vehicles, setting the stage for the rollout of the company’s robotaxi fleet in Miami, Florida.
